French Michelin-starred Chef Julien Montbabut orchestrates an exceptional culinary score at L'Amoure. Drawing on his experience at Maison Albar - Le Monumental Palace in Porto, and accompanied by local Executive Chef Marco Silva, he revisits traditional Portuguese dishes with finesse. Guided by a “farm-to-table” philosophy, the Chef carefully selects the freshest, tastiest ingredients from local producers, elevating them to heights of modernity and flavor.
